Product name: Hastelloy C276
Product Introduction: Hastelloy C276 has become a benchmark material in the industrial field for resisting extreme corrosion through the collaborative design of high nickel molybdenum chromium tungsten. Its ultra-low carbon composition and fully austenitic structure balance welding safety, high temperature strength, and "no dead corners" corrosion resistance, making it particularly suitable for core equipment in fields such as chemical engineering, environmental protection, and energy.
Product characteristics: Has good corrosion resistance, heat resistance, low temperature strength and mechanical properties. Stamping, bending and other thermal processing is good.

Production specifications: Outside diameter: 6-762mm, wall thickness: 0.5-50mm, maximum length: 18000mm, special specifications can be produced through consultation.
Chemical composition: Nickel (Ni) 52-63%; Chromium (Cr) 14.5-16.5%; Molybdenum (Mo) 15-17%; Iron (Fe) 4-7%; Tungsten (W) 3-4.5%. There are also small amounts of other elements such as cobalt (≤ 2.5%), manganese (≤ 1.0%), and carbon (≤ 0.01-0.08%)
