Product Introduction: Hastelloy B3 is a high-performance nickel based alloy primarily used for applications in high-temperature and highly corrosive environments, particularly in the chemical and petrochemical industries. As a nickel based alloy, Hastelloy B3 has excellent oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, and high-temperature strength.
Chemical composition: nickel (Ni) about 57% -60%, molybdenum (Mo) about 25% -27%, chromium (Cr) about 2% -3%, iron (Fe) ≤ 1%, carbon (C) about 0.01% -0.03%, as well as small amounts of silicon (Si), manganese (Mn), phosphorus (P), sulfur (S)
Product characteristics: Has good corrosion resistance, heat resistance, low temperature strength and mechanical properties. Stamping, bending and other thermal processing is good.
